Could I please add my comments to the application

I feel as a local elected member and with the knowledge of the strength of feeling towards this development the concerns of the 3 story house currently being proposed for development is ine that is totally unacceptable.

Throughout the whole consolation exercise one of the many burning issue has been around the design of property being proposed and the local residents aspirations to see only designs that accommodate the local area as it now.

For any developer to ignore these comments is absolutely irresponsible. And ask for further mediation with developer to take place so such comments can be communicated to the relevant personnel .
