I have just
had a good luck through the plans you have sent for the development at
Darfield.
I presume
you know the area yourself quite well. The area close to Low Valley
doesnt command as higher values as some of the other areas of Darfield.
I know the adjacent site by Keepmoat Homes had to keep the prices realistic to
generate the sales.
New homes
on this site will certainly sell, subject to not going too high on the prices.
My initial thoughts for the various house types are listed below. Should
you decide to go further with the site I would suggest we re-look at the prices
and fine tune prices according to plot size, how each plot stands on the site,
etc.
