Description The building is currently a bridal shop and I would like to relocate my dental laboratory to these premises so I will need a change of use from A1 to B2. I am currently working from Old town chapel Westville road S75 2TP, which is for sale. The laboratory is for crown and bridge and there will be just two technicians working there and we do not generally work for the public but for around 30 local dentists. I will not need to change the internal structure of the building although it does require a new roof. I will need to upgrade the electrics and the plumbing to incorporate a plaster trap sink. There is no fire alarm system or emergency lighting etc, this will also be installed. The work of a crown and bridge laboratory is turning more to the digital side rather than manual method of production but I need the option of conventional laboratory techniques.
