This tree would be classed as dangerous and needs to be removed within as short a period as possible - I have looked at the submission and the trees location and can confirm that the tree appears to be outside the line of the TPO. As such no application is required for these works. I can confirm that based on the photos provided there would have been no objection to the removal of this tree based on its current condition.
